Non-Restricted Firearms  class  (CFSC)

For those wishing to acquire non restricted firearms in Canada (most rifles or shotguns used for hunting or target shooting) you require a firearms Possession and Acquisition License (PAL).  In order to acquire your PAL you must attend this training course, This class runs for a full 8 hours which does not include testing or breaks, so it makes for a longer day, this is also why we ask students to bring lunch with them.  The class is divided into theory and hands on time, but no live firearms or ammunition are allowed into the training centre.   The theory is presented via powerpoint presentation and prepares you well for testing at the end of the day, and we always ensure that students get lots of hands on time with the firearms before we begin testing.
